Processing & Production Time
Most orders are produced within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or supplier delays, production may take longer.

Free Shipping
We currently offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Unless duties and taxes are clearly collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier or local authorities before delivery. Asili Roots is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for additional import charges applied by your country. |
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced by different print providers or shipped in separate packages. You may receive more than one tracking number.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we will contact you to discuss possible reshipment options. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information and contact the carrier when possible.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@asiliroots.store with your order number and shipping address.
