Asili Roots is co-founded by Martin and Veronicah — a family, not a concept. Veronicah is Kenyan. Martin is not Black, and we won't pretend otherwise. But this brand was never built from the outside looking in. It was born from belonging — from family, from years of being received not as a visitor but as a son, a brother, an uncle. From a traditional Kenyan wedding. From children who carry African roots.

We currently ship to the United States and Germany. Orders are made on demand by trusted production partners and routed for the selected destination.

Each item is made to order. Estimated delivery to the U.S. and Germany is typically 5–8 business days from order to arrival, including made-to-order production. You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping below the free-shipping threshold is a flat $5.99 in the U.S. and €5.99 in Germany. Orders of $75 or more in the U.S. or €75 or more in Germany ship free. The checkout confirms the final rate for your destination.

For an unfulfilled order, request cancellation through your customer account. Customers shopping in Germany can also use Withdraw from contract in the footer; statutory rights remain unaffected. Once an order is fulfilled, request a return instead.

Our voluntary U.S. return window is 30 days from delivery. Customers in Germany generally have a 14-day statutory withdrawal period after receiving the goods. Exceptions and full terms are set out in our Refund Policy; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Fastest: place a new order for the item you want and start a return for the original. We refund once the return is accepted.
